PROTEC embarked on the second year of the excellent GE Next Engineers (NE) programme with much excitement and anticipation of another year of inspiring young people to take STEM subjects seriously.

We look forward to welcoming you to the Bring and Braai PROTEC Alumni Mixer on Saturday, 1 April.

In PROTEC’s 40th anniversary year, the PROTEC branches’ Class of 2022 did us proud with a 100% matric pass rate, an 83% bachelor pass rate, and 293 distinctions in total, averaging 1.4 distinctions per student.

We are continuing the celebration of our 40th anniversary into this year as we believe it is a momentous milestone, and we’re very proud of our organisation’s heritage.
